Pricing
All prices which appear on this website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are valid and effective only in Australia. All prices are GST inclusive. Prices, specifications, availability and terms are subject to change without notice.

Product Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the issue is a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. If the issue is not major, we may choose to repair or replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Product Availability
Jano Retail Group is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Payment Methods
Jano Retail Group accepts payment by American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa. Cash on Delivery and Bank transfer are not accepted.

Orders
Any order placed by you is in effect an offer by you to purchase a product for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website. Jano Retail Group  may accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this web site, or an error in your order. Your contract with Jano Retail Group will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Jano Retail Group advises you that it has accepted your order and your receipt has been confirmed. Prices of products and services and delivery and other related charges as displayed are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Similarly the availability of products and services may change from time to time.

International Orders
Jano Retail Group does not accept international orders. To purchase on this website, you must have a valid Australian billing and shipping address.

Loss or damage in transit
Jano Retail Group guarantees delivery of your products while in transit and will replace or refund any products lost in transit until such time as your products have been 'received'. Products are deemed to have been 'received' when they have been signed for on delivery, or left in a safe place as determined by the courier company's policies at your selected shipping destination. Insurance against damage or loss of your purchases in transit is included, and any insurance payment will be limited to a refund of the purchase price, or replacement of the products. Once products are 'received' Jano Retail Group is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any subsequent loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Jano Retail Group is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss.
